I am so sick to hear of your loss. I am so upset now and down. I don't want this to happen. I want to live and be happy and never die. I want Melissa to be happy and lay in the sun. I can only beg that the creator has a better plan for us somehow, for if not, then I want to die right now.....

What a beautiful young lady.  I'm so sorry for your loss.  It is so hard to lose of a love one so young and sudden.  My son Eric passed away from a brain tumor 4 years ago.  Stay in prayer and take each day one at a time.  They pain of losing a love one is so very difficult to deal with.  The pain will never go away but gets a little easier as time goes on.  I will keep you in my prayers.  Cynthia, mom to Eric Richardson here on VM.

What a tragedy, and so unbelievably frightening that this could just come out of the blue and devastate such a beautiful, bubbly young mother so suddenly. Your love for your sister shines through her memorial. I am glad that you and her loved ones had those last cherished memories together--she looks so vibrant and healthy during your Las Vegas trip; you were all having such fun. One day we will all know the answers to our grief; until then, let us continue to let the beautiful memories of our loved ones shine through their personal memorials here! Love and prayers, Barbara

I am so very sorry for your loss, Jessica.  Your family must be devastated.  Thank you for telling your sister's story as sad as it is.  May you find comfort knowing that Melissa is resting and rejoicing in God's glory for eternity.  God bless.

I'm so sorry to see another young person here on VM. I don't understand why young innocent people have to die.

From accidents, cancer, tumors, parasites, etc... I don't understand it. I deal with the scum of the earth everyday as a deputy sheriff for the last 30 years and they seem to live on and on until one of their own finally takes them out.

My son, Crawford, died within a week after he got sick. He was a healthy 18 year old and became sick on a Friday and was fighting for his life on Sunday. A parasite got into his body and multiplied and destroyed his heart.

I know the feelings of lossing a loved one not by accident but by disease that just comes so suddenly.

I mourn all the young people that die so young and didn't get to live a full life.

R.I.P., Melissa

In their memories.......

Alan

This is a tragic story of beautiful Melissa.  I am so sorry for your loss.  It is hard to accept that a tumor can take a life in such a short time.  I cannot even imagine what you must have endured to go through this with Melissa..  I am so sorry...
